Taylor
Taylor grew up in Central Texas, where the summers are hot and the bugs are big. She attended the Austin Waldorf School, where she holds the title of "Lifer." She attended Trinity University in San Antonio Texas, where she played basketball, and escaped with a degree in Spanish and Creative Writing. Along the way she travelled to Costa Rica, joined a sorority, and mastered the art of disappearing in the library. She took the first job that paid a living wage with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and moved to Santa Fe, NM. After six years climbing the corporate ladder and wearing pantsuits, Taylor succumbed to the inevitable pull and became a teacher at the Santa Fe Waldorf High School. She taught humanities, creative writing, art, and coached basketball. Along the way she and her green-thumbed husband John welcomed their son Oren into the world. Away from school, Taylor can be found writing stories, cooking with bacon, reading, playing sailors with Oren, or drinking coffee.
