ERIKA
Raised in a small Belgian hamlet, Erika somehow ended up at a boarding high school in Michigan of all places. She escaped (graduated) from there to New England College where she earned a degree in psychology and art. After her post-graduate work in transpersonal psychology and art therapy at Naropa, Erika then promptly used none of her education by becoming a bookkeeper and raising three beautiful daughters. If that sounds like the premise to a post-modern fairytale, you’re on to something because she then found redemption (and a use for those fancy degrees) by becoming an art teacher and Advisor at YIHS (and the bookkeeper). Her daughters all attended YIHS and they all lived happily ever after (minus the prince).
