Over 15 years ago, Jane Siemon began teaching Nutrition at the Youth Initiative High School. Now, a decade and a half later, the innovative and progressive curriculum which she developed is available to schools, organizations, and individuals across the world. With a focus on healthy and delicious foods this curriculum gives students a circumspect view of the contemporary food system; from farm to table.
